An economical proposed bus station concentrating arrivals and departures via distribution platforms with reinforced concrete canopies; conceived after the Sociedad Oyemsa's 1929 concession bid was rejected in favor of municipal construction.

The Nautical Club of San Sebastián

Aizpúrua y Labayen

A rationalist yacht club built on the site of a former wooden clubhouse, reusing old stone walls (34.80 x 10 m) but extended to 55.80 x 10 m; features reinforced concrete structure, continuous horizontal glazing overlooking the bay of La Concha, Thonet furniture, and insulated flat terraces.

A complex commercial building combining automobile showroom, offices, service station, workshops and garage, organized with separated access ramps, glass facades for deep illumination of the bays, and reinforced concrete structure with standardized 18m-span bays for up to 75 cars per floor.

A single-family house of 110 m2 built between two party walls, with the main facade facing Paseo de María Agustín and the rear facing the owner's adjacent clinic garden; interiors, furniture and lighting were all custom designed for the project across four levels (semi-basement, ground floor, main floor, terrace).
